The Meditation course provides the student with the necessary tools to further advance their self care practice.  This course is designed to educate the student on the many different methods of meditation and how to achieve success in a meditation practice.  The following topics will be addressed:  What is meditation, meditation styles and types, how to overcome blocks in meditation, developing a meditation practice, and how to guide someone through a meditation and practice.
